Welcome to Ecehu. By accessing or using the Ecehu platform and website located at ecehu.com and any associated services (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, please discontinue use immediately.

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on the Site and, if you have an account, by notifying you through the account contact information. Your continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violations of the Terms or for safety, legal, or operational reasons.

With respect to any content you submit or upload through the Service (“User Content”), you grant Ecehu a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, modify, and distribute such User Content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. You retain ownership of your User Content and you are responsible for ensuring you have all rights necessary to grant the license. You may remove or restrict access to your User Content in your account settings, subject to any obligations under applicable law.

3. Third-Party Links and Apps (Hosted on Google Play)

The Service curates and lists links to third-party apps that are hosted on Google Play. The apps themselves are not hosted on Ecehu's servers and are not embedded within this Site. The availability, content, performance, pricing, and privacy practices of such apps are governed by Google Play and by the respective app developers. Ecehu does not control or endorse the third-party apps, and we are not responsible for their availability, security, content, or outcomes arising from their use.

By clicking a link to a Google Play listing, you acknowledge that you are leaving Ecehu and are subject to Google Play’s Terms of Service and the app developer’s terms. Ecehu does not grant any warranties for third-party apps and disclaims all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law for any issues arising from your use of third-party apps or Google Play services. We may remove third-party links at any time without liability.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Ecehu, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

IN NO EVENT SHALL Ecehu OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR YOUR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE, OR FOR ANY THIRD-PARTY APPS LINKED THROUGH THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF ECEHU EXCEED THE GREATER OF TEN DOLLARS OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO ECEHU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, IF ANY.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ecehu is incorporated, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the jurisdiction of incorporation, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
